Role in the project

In the ReUse project, Fenix TNT leads the Work Package 5: Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation, and is responsible for coordinating key deliverables such as the visual identity, project website, communication strategy, exploitation plan, and the IPR manual. Fenix TNT also manages the development of the project’s Data Management Plan, ensuring the FAIR use of data. Their work will maximize the visibility and uptake of ReUse outcomes, utilizing social proof strategies and impactful storytelling to reach diverse audiences. Through this project, Fenix TNT aims to expand its existing expertise in consulting and innovation support, developing new methodologies and tools that will strengthen its service offerings and contribute to a more sustainable, circular battery value chain in Europe.
