ElevenEs on Battery Innovation Days 2024
On November 26-27, 2024, Aleksandra Roganovic, Cell Materials Manager at ElevenEs, attended the Battery Innovation Days (BID) in Barcelona, a prominent event under the BATTERY 2030+ initiative. Representing the ReUse project, Aleksandra actively engaged in promoting the project's goals and contributions to advancing sustainable battery technologies.
The BID event serves as a key meeting point for stakeholders across the European battery value chain, aiming to strengthen the region’s position in battery innovation and sustainability. The event included expert discussions, panels, and workshops on cutting-edge developments in battery technology, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and collaboration across the European battery ecosystem, along with networking opportunities and pitch presentations showcasing pioneering projects.
During the event, Aleksandra promoted our project, and met with leading experts, industry representatives, and researchers, emphasizing ReUse’s role in the BATTERY 2030+ initiative and its innovative contributions to the circular economy. The BID platform provided an opportunity to create new collaborations and exchange ideas about future advancements in battery materials and recycling.
During the Battery Innovation Days event, Aleksandra participated in a training pitch session, as part of the Battery 2030+ Short Course on Project Pitching. She is now focused on preparing for her final pitch presentation, scheduled for Monday, December 2. The presentation will emphasize her expertise in cell materials while highlighting the ReUse project’s innovative solutions for advancing battery lifecycle management, showcasing its pivotal role in sustainable battery technology.
